He wasn't even facing time for rape. He got the charges reduced to "unlawful sex with a minor." (Pfft!?!)
He didn't show up for sentencing.
He left the country.
Now he wants the charges dismissed.
Dude made his bed, and...he needs to continue to lie in it.
