Step-Dad Who Incested 9-year-old Girl NOT Excommunicated by Catholic Church
A rape leaves a nine-year-old child with a life-threatening pregnancy. The nine-year-old's mother authorizes an abortion. And, those morally discerning men of God at the Vatican rule that the mother's behavior was more heinous than the rapist's. Hmm. And, these guys really believe Jesus is still alive and is going to have some say in their eternal destiny? I can only suppose that abusing children and condemning women are such hallowed traditions at the Vatican that the opportunity to accomplish both at one fell swoop was too much to resist.
The Vatican has decided to overturn the excommunication of the mother. With their impeccable moral discernment (and after a firestorm of bad publicity), the Vatican decided that the initial decision to excommunicate "...appeared, in the eyes of many, to be insensitive, incomprehensible and lacking mercy."

ReplyDeleteOh, snap, I knew the Liebralmedia was being dishonest. Someathem said it was his daughter. His step-daughter? Well, hell, that's different!
