Saudis, Si! Cuba, No!

It's obvious that it's OK to trade with the Saudis, who treat their women like dirt, and it's OK to sell off our country to the genocidal Red Chinese, but Cuba?

Pfft.

Why would we trade with them? Why would we visit them? They've got a health care system that actually works! Can't expose our population to that, can we?

In the meantime, we're still dependent on and trading with a country that thinks marrying off 8-year-old girls is swell. Saudi Arabia. Marrying off an 8-year old girl to her Daddy's 47-year-old male "close friend."
"It is incorrect to say that it's not permitted to marry off girls who are 15 and younger," Sheikh Abdul Aziz Al-Sheikh, the kingdom's grand mufti, said in remarks last January quoted in the regional Al-Hayat newspaper. "A girl aged 10 or 12 can be married. Those who think she's too young are wrong and they are being unfair to her."

Saudi, si! Porque no?

How many billions of dollars did Saudi Arabia expropriate from U.S. citizens and business interests? Cuba's castro regime expropriated $1.8 Billion, the largest such expropriation in U.S. history.

How many nuclear weapons did Saudi Arabia aim at the United States when it aligned itself with our cold war enemy the Soviet Union. Cuba's castro regime had several including tactical nukes that castro was willing to use if the U.S. had invaded during the missile crisis.

How many of our neighbor countries has Saudi Arabia tried to subvert in the last 50 years? Cuba's castro regime has subverted or tried to subvert: Nicaragua, El Salvador, Colombia, Bolivia, Venezuela, Chile, Grenada and even Puerto Rico.

How many millions of refugees has Saudi Arabia sent towards the U.S.? Cuba's castro regime has put sent more than 2 million Cubans into exile, most of them in the U.S. Some of those sent over have been spies and at least a couple of thousand hardened criminals and insane individuals.

How many civilian American planes has the Saudi Air Force shot down in international airspace? Cuba's castro regime shot down two in 1996, killing four people (3 of them U.S. citizens). Before you bring up 9/11 remember that it wasn't a Saudi government operation.

How many Saudi Arabians have been convicted of espionage in the last 10 years? Cuba's Castro regime has had several including a Defense Intelligence Agency analyst that was widely regarded as the top intelligence expert on Cuba.

Should I go on?

No.

Cuba's human rights violations pale against the human rights violations of Saudia Arabia and China.

Fine if you want to cut them all out for their human rights violations. But it seems you only want to cut out Cuba. Perdoname, pero that's stupid.

How many Cubans were on the two planes that flew into the WTC on 9/11/2001? How many Cubans are the overlords of Al Queda?

Oh, dear. I see that Mr. Gomez had put in a disclaimer about the planebombs of 9-11-2001 not being a "Saudi government" operation. Goodness gracious, that IS true. It is also true that the Saudi government does pay for the Madrassas that educate the sort of folks who fill the ranks of Al Queda and that they have very bloodstained hands in that regard.

Methinks Mr. Gomez is full of crap.
