Huffington Post Posts Sexist Post Because None Dare Call It Sexist?

Don't get your panties in a twist, ladies.

Or gentlemen.

As the case may be.

Just want to assure you that it's SO not sexist to write articles where readers get to rate the clothing of the Secretary of State of the United States.

Along the prettiness/non-prettiness continuum.

Because -- why not? It's a free country!

We used to do it for Henry Kissinger and George Schultz and Colin Powell!!

Really. Don't you remember? Sure you do.

yet another example of why the HuffPo is for people who huff airplane glue before they read blogs. Sheesh - what a bunch of maroons. I have never trusted La Huff herself anyways. She used to be a kneejerk movement conservative back in the Clinton era and supposedly "came to her senses" early in the Bush era. I think she just realized that being in opposition is more marketable. Aside for having been married to a wealthy officeholder, what exactly are her qualifications for being taken anymore seriously than the next spokesmodel (coughLimbaughcoughHannitycough) - did she have some sort of high-power academic or journalistic career I'm simply not aware of? Because until she started showing up spouting Reaganite bullshit talking points on Bill Mahr's Politically Incorrect (speaking of unqualified dumbasses) I'd never heard of her.
Her plans for being a successful blogger seem to amount to:
1. Be rich and famous enough that you can get other, more famous people to write blog posts for you.
2. ???
3. Profit!

Rev. Paperboy:

I'm pretty sure you've got the order reversed. Oh, and drop #2, it's really pretty apparent that there are only two things going around in Ariana's Huffyhead.

Isn't there some way we could rate the looks and dress of the person who wrote that drivel?

WV word = glitalsy. Is that some motor neuron condition brought on my by snorting glitter?

Ariana learned at the knee of Newt Gingrich. David Brock's "Blinded by the Right" dedicates her 2 pages (pre-Huffpo). The only consistent thing about her views along the time is her hatred of the Clintons.
