Yesterday, media said the psychiatrist was someone who had just been promoted to Major. Today, media swears he'd been interviewed by the FBI, and had been given a poor job performance evaluation at work.
Hunh?

I think both stories are actually true. What I also think, and this is based on my own experience in the AF, is post commanders will do a lot of pretty shitty things to unload a problem child soldier--up to and including writing him a better evaluation than he might otherwise get and shipping him off to become someone else's problem.
