They Shoot Unity Ponies, Don't They?

So, I'm having a moral quandary.

I'm good with being anti-McCain.

But -- every time I think about getting on the Obama bus, I find I want to throw myself under it instead.

Here's Anglachel, on "Bittersweet Acceptance." Yup. What she said.

And a little something from big tent democrat, one of my two favorite Obama-supporting bloggers. What I like best about BTD is that he gets it. May his getting-it-ness increase and pervade the universe.

And more about women and the media whore media's sexist sniggering fratboys (and their fratgirl enablers.)

And here is Bob Somerby, toward whom I, like, totally bow down with folded hands, w00t!ing.

You know what I've been saying- Go Hillary or Go Green.

I can't vote for Obama, can't vote for McCain, can't not vote.

So maybe it's time the Green party, which has a platform I agree with, got a new infusion of voters.

Yeah, I think the Green Party is a great choice. It will provide you with an opportunity to make a point everyone will ignore as they watch McCain's first supreme court justice take possession of your uterus.

Frankly, I'm tired of all the unity talk. Most of the Clinton supporters don't seem to want it, so the hell with it. I'll just hunker down for another 4-8 years of watching my country become more and more authoritarian. It'll be worth it, because it will show all the Obama supporters just how wrong they were.

It's been a little more than 24 hours since Clinton suspended her candidacy. Not a lot of time to explore thoughtful options, really.

Dear JC Christian Patriot: I've posted the following before, but I guess I'll have to keep on doing it until the light bulb switches on over some heads...

"To hell with the party candidate! Democrats and Republicans are exactly the same! Vote Nader or stay home...or you're not a REAL Progressive!!"

"Nader-Gonzalez '08! Draft Gore! What about Ron Paul? Bloomberg! Is Obama 'black enough?' Anybody But Clinton! We Can Lose This!!!"

"What do you MEAN, you're not behind Obama? You don't have any choice! He's the party candidate! You HAVE to vote for the party candidate!! Get back here and ride the Unity Pony, you racist whore Nazi fa***ts!"

Any of this sound familiar, JCC? Maybe treating politics as a joke/game/comedy routine wasn't the smartest route, after all.

Here we go again with the OH NOES THE EE-VIL BOGEYMCCAIN WILL APPOINT THE JUDGES IT'LL TAKE TO OVERTURN ROE V. WADE AAAAUUUUGGGH! routine.

My dear General Nuisance, the GOP will NEVER overturn RvW. Why not?

Because the GOP raises big fat huge horse-choking wads of campaign money from frothing-mad anti-abortionists.

The day the GOP actually overturns RvW is the day that cash cow runs dry.

You DON'T cook a goose that lays golden eggs. ;)

The blog-author, who has now censored her own post, wishes to apologize profusely throughout blogtopia that in a fit of pique she wrongly deleted the honorable post of an honorable person, femb4dem.

I will try in future to be less stupid.
